San Francisco's call for accountability, service, and change has been heard. Mayor-elect Daniel Lurie has been given a mandate to write our city’s next chapter with new ideas and accountable leadership. In this transition phase, we’re undertaking a search to build an administration that mirrors the diversity, creativity, and compassion of the people who live here. The Mayor-elect is committed to shaking up the status quo and changing the way government works to deliver measurable results.
I stopped by Northern Station today to thank our @SFPD officers for their service this holiday weekend and every day. I look forward to working with them come January 8 to keep our city safe.
